For me its been about learning some of the Theory to add the practical skills I have learnt in the role
The learning feels sporadic based on short sessions every 2 weeks.
The structure and organisation works well
Enough support, although understanding of what I am doing and why its an apprentiship is lacking
The right balance between being supported without being intrusive
I am already starting to see the benefits of applying the skills learnt in my role
