My role involves managing the team and engaging them. Making sure that there is a solid operation in place to ensure that we are delivering the needs of our guests.
Yes, I have developed more skills and enjoyed learning the new modules.
I enjoy the on the job learning and backing that up with classroom skills day. It takes me out of the operation so I have the time, energy which I don’t usually have.
It’s very well organised and structured. The team are very experienced and they have a plan in place to ensure that we are well equipped to perform our roles. But also there is a support systems in place.
I receive the training that k require to do my job and they are really keen that we do these apprenticeships

It’s a really nice place to work everyone is friendly and they are keen for you to progress if you are able to. Equally they want to ensure you are happy so if you want to take a step back they always find a what you need to do
I would say go for it. You will definitely be able to drive your own career choices.
