My apprenticeship applies to everything I do every day. I am new to role so I have so much that applies to my working day as well as my apprenticeship. I have so much to learn I might as well as do the apprenticeship. My learning coach is great and very supportive my manager is so helpful too.
Everything is new to me so I have put everything down on my apprenticeship. I am continuing to use my apprenticeship to help support me in my role at site. It has been very helpful and useful. I also share this information with my team too and this helps me support them on their apprenticeships.
I really enjoy going to head office as I have never been before my apprenticeship and I think this is something that is very important. I have enjoyed being with other learners and getting to know their experiences and getting support off them too as I do not know anyone in my area on the same apprenticeship
Very well. my learning coach is supportive. our apprenticeship coach is fantastic. We have some great sessions and chats. I enjoy the different styles webinars as well as face to face, I don’t enjoy the lifetime website it’s not great. I don’t like how it’s organised
I get so much support from my manager however labour wise we get nothing no time or hours for apprenticeship so it is really poor in that respect. I don’t think whitbread understand this and do not put it into the labour model which is poor. My manager is great though.
I get lots of support. My coaches are very friendly and understand I have limited time to get stuff done. I don’t have enough time to complete anything but they are very understanding. I try my best and my managers are very helpful and understanding. They’re very friendly to.
It has basically trained me. I was new at role and didn’t know how to do anything really so it has really supported me in my role as well as taking some of that training off my manager too. It have been great linking parts to my every day tasks
No nothing. I don’t have any time, I struggle to get a work life balance as well as doing my apprenticeship. I can’t be in all places at once and I find this a struggle considering we get no time to coompleye apprenticeship work. Time time time time
Yes
It it’s a good company to work for but they sometimes do not prioritise our time or how we’re meant to deal with doing everything and being their for the team as well as supporting our personal development, I wish premier inn would take that into consideration thanks
Prioritise yourself, your apprenticeship, set others expectations that you cannot be everywhere and everything to everyone. I love the sharesave. I love the team. I love my manager. I wouldn’t be in the role without the people on the ground. Just wish that premier inn would give safety and support to team.
