The support I receive from paragon skills and my tutor has been a great help to me. My Tutor is able to personally assist me with my assignments, learning and breaking down the tasks into manageable sections

CS isn't as inclusive for employees as they state. I have been directly discriminated against for a neurological disorder I have no control over. CS have made minimal effort to support my needs, even with access to work (gov) being involved.
Ask lots of questions and make sure all the information you need is written down and signed by senior staff
