  • talking to partners and building relationships. helping manage the technology lab, keeping it up to date and also helping when events are being held, speaking to groups of people. also just day to day like making presentations, gathering data, excel etc.

  • learnt lots regarding digital marketing, nuances within the work place, how to build relationships within the company and with partners. time management, task prioritisation.

  • fun as not the type of team i expected to be in! its around gaming but other than that the social aspect is enjoyable such as lunches and drinks.

  • well structured but not too accommodating as not everything that needs to be completed by the training provider can be done in your role e.g. having to execute an SEO campaign, no one in Unilever does SEO, only agencies. Could be more tailored.

  • the information learnt greatly benefits me in understanding things happening in my role. General marketing terms and strategies etc.

  • be confident in speaking to people as building and maintaining partnerships with people is a big part of it. just copy the people around you :)
