    • I am a housekeeper/ receptionist this involves checking in guest and cleaning the rooms to brand standards

    • Yes I have from my apprenticeship, I’ve learnt new and developed on my skills. I’ve gained more knowledge guest wise and regulations.

    • I enjoy it very much the apprenticeship works around my home life and work. It’s been a great experience overall for me and a calm one too.

    • I recieved a lot of support

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • A lot! My tutor has been there all through my apprenticeship during meetings and even out of meetings. The support has been tremendous.
