I greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department, answer phone calls and emails, handle inquiries and provide information,Overall, my role involves being the first point of contact for visitors and clients, and ensuring smooth communication and organization within the hotel environment.

If someone would looking for opportunities where you can develop yourself while you supporting to develop the business, this is a great place. I would say you will work with many different people and be patient and calm but strong.
