  • As a People BP, I am responsible for providing HR advisory support within Education, build successful stakeholder relationships, manage ER cases, project work such as employee engagement strategical review and action planning. Workforce planning and supporting restructures. Quality performance reviews with strategical action plans in place. Supporting day to day operations and ensuring compliancy within the sector.

  • Yes, I have heavily development my employee relation skills and knowledge due to complex cases. I was able to develop my strategical thinking and develop and solution-focus approach.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I find it very useful, it is helping me develop not only my skills, but behaviours and knowledge required to be a successful HR Practitioner. I have learnt different company structures so far, how to manage wellbeing at work, explore initiatives to support with business strategy.

  • Very good. It is clear what's due when, what's needed for each task. Good support is also provided

  • Very good support. I meet regularly with my manager to review my workload and ensure I have the capacity to focus on my studies.

  • Very good, regular catch ups and very responsive every time i need some help
