  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt how to better manage my team through the apprenticeship and how to become a better leader thinking about emotional intelligence, problem solving models, communication techniques and motivation techniques. I have also learnt new skills within my job such as reviewing the cost of the checks each month and learning how to deal with the client if they are having any issues.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the programme as it helps me to develop personally and professionally, the live classes are really informative and my trainer is really good and explains things so everyone understands. There are a lot of activities to complete which can sometimes be difficult to achieve when workload is high but I get the apprenticeship work done and learn a lot from it

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is well organised as all live classes and reviews are already scheduled in my calendar way in advance, this helps me to plan my week and make sure I attend the classes and the reviews. The activites are already on BUD so this is also helpful as I can see how many activites I need to do in the month and plan my work around this.
