  • An overview of my role on a day to day basis is providing leadership, guidance, and support to the customer service team members, including training, coaching, and performance management. Monitoring team performance metrics such as response times, resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

  • I have learnt so many skills for my development of my role within my company but also personally. The growth of knowledge i have received from this course as well as peers and also my tutors whom have helped me throughout the maths studies and the leadership assessments

  • Thoroughly enjoyed my programme and it has provided the opportunity to expand my aspirations of what kind of leader I wish to be.

  • Very well structured and was easy to follow as well as implement in my every day working role.

  • I received a lot of support and still continue to receive support from my organisation.

  • I received the u most outstanding support from my tutors. They provided me with resources and knowledge that i will use through out the rest of my life while being a team leader.

  • I feel that the qualification will help me present my knowledge to the wider company of the time and persistence i provided to grow my knowledge and expand my duties as a leader to ensure i can implement this to others.

  • Yes there is always extra events that i am able to join throughout the company. Weather it will be projects or social events there is always opportunity to get involved.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • I thoroughly enjoy working at Lloyds online doctor and i have enjoyed doing my course through Crosby training. I have met long life friends through both and aspire to be as knowledgeable and the greatest team leader i can be.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to LLoydsPharmacy?
  • Be open to learn everything to help you grow and always be hungry for more. The determination for growth is key to success
