provide guidance and advice to stakeholders on a range of ER matters and casework. Provide strategic guidance in line with company strategy on areas such as talent and succession, pay reviews, ongoing coaching and development
yes i have developed skills in line with the programme such as building my confidence at work, how to write assignments concisely and referencing
I have not had a great experience on programme and should have been finished already but due to a lack of support and change in lead trainers and other factors this has not happened.
not very well organised or structured at all. There has been a lack of structure and consistency throughout and now it is getting towards the end i have a lot of work i need to do that i should have been doing throughout programme
my manager provides me with the support i need
over the course of the programme i feel i have had limited help and support, even when i have asked for it. Some lead trainers have been better than others but overall i have felt unsupported
I think it will help me a little in my role however it is more actually having the qualification for my whole development which is most important
I regularly attend workshops and seminars to do with my work and feedback

The company look after employees and my manager trusts me to get on with my role and is there to help and support when needed
make notes as there is quite a lot of change be open and speak up when you have constructive ideas and take part in projects and events happening
