  • Every day I create the list for the housekeeping team, ensure the rooms are split equally. I then complete the linen count, take the delivery, check the rooms and add them on the system when ready to sell.

  • I have developed my customer service skills and improved my technology use.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • not to start with, as it was very difficult and challenging for me. I then started to enjoy it more and understood the importance of the qualification. This motivated me to complete my outstanding learning.

  • it is well laid out and after undertsanding how to navigate the system it was easy and well organised.

  • I was very support at work but my managers and was given time to complete my learning.

  • I was well supported by my coach and given clear goals and tasks to complete.

  • It really helped me build confidence and improve my customer service skills and people communication skills.

  • I am involved in the fundraising for Gosh and we do have yearly social events.
