I am a receptionist, I complete many tasks including checking in and checking out guests. Taking payments whether card/cash. Amend bookings, answer calls, answer any queries, deal with complaints. Assist with housekeeping. Guest data.
Yes, learnt a new system which has been rolled out across all premier inn hotels, learnt more in depth hospitality from being on my level 2 apprenticeship and also learning currently management roles and have joined a programme to assist with this.
I thoroughly enjoy it, my coach is really great and really pushes me to the best of my ability, very supportive. The apprenticeship has also taught me a lot to boost my confidence within my job role.
It is very well organised and structured, with lots of support to hand whenever you need it.
