I facilitate learning solutions to the business through content delivery and management information collation.
I have began to think more strategically in my vision and review how I can add more ROI to my organisation.
It is a challenge, some parts are better than others.
Organisation is good and the support from the lead trainer is spectacular.
I receive as much support as is possible.
I get enough support from my trainer when completing the learning, however the structure seems to front weight the programme so lots of work is due at once.
I think at this time it has began to have an impact however I still have a large amount of time on the programme to build these skills.

As it is a good place to work, it is not without its challenges but it has helped me grow.
