I really enjoy it, I like the idea of learning on the job gaining a hands on experience whilst studying at the same time
I work and study full time- working 4 days a week with an allocated stud day as once a week. I have monthly module sessions with my tutor from my apprenticeship provider, alongside quarterly 121s and formal reviews. At work I have weekly 121s with my manager.
My organisation are very helpful and my manager is very supportive.
A lot of support- tutors are there to help you and you can ask as many questions as you want. They provide us with resources, tips, powerpoint for every completed module, and sample questions that would appear in our EPA.
My qualification is relevant to my job role as it is exactly the same so I find everything I learn in the modules appropriate to apply to my daily role. For example I had a time management role and my manager tested me by setting tasks.
Within my organisation there's lot to get involved in, such as gym classes, volunteering, social events and networking events
Yes
As someone joining here for their first corporate job, I couldn't recommend it enough. I was made to feel welcomed straightaway and didn't feel 'little' as an apprentice. Everyone is treated with honesty and integrity and the culture of the organisation is amazing- filled with great supportive people.
To sell yourself in an interview and show cast how you differ to others, cliché but be yourself as we operate through honesty and integrity,
