Managing food safety, quality and legality of coop own brand products. A mixture of admin tasks, meetings, product panels and supplier visits.
Yes lots - mainly around the technical aspects of the role and developed my people and leadership skills.
Very much enjoy the programme
Well structured - my coop learnings relate nicely to my university learnings. I sometimes find that a lot of the uni assignments were due for submission around the same time which made it hard to manage but Co-op have been fully supportive and always made sure that uni was my priority.
