I liaise with customers frequently if aspects of the documentation were inaccurate, guiding them to fulfilment as and when required, Data inputting using SAP, maintaining expectations with our stakeholders across four different divisions, Frequent contact with customers using a variety of methods, for example via email and telephone.
Familiar with a wide range of IT software and comfortable/confident to network with stakeholders who I have never spoke to before.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Loreal, it is such a welcoming company to work for and I have developed great relationships with fellow employees.
Extremely well structured. I was allowed time away from my job role without any questions asked when it came to completing my college work.
A lot, my manager is extremely forthcoming and gives me all the support i could ever need.
Lots of support, my college mentor was always a phone call away if I needed any support in between our review meetings once a month.
It has boosted my self-confidence in addressing inefficiencies in my daily tasks. Having the freedom and full control to explore solutions successfully has encouraged a sense of self-reliance and assurance in my abilities. This experience has increased my leadership, communication, and time management skills and improving my approach to responsibilities.
We went to London, Manchester and Eastwood for a conference. Where accommodation and food was provided.

As mentioned before, it is a very good company to work for as it is so welcoming and such a friendly environment.
