I look after the website L'Oreal Access - an online platform for professional hairdressers to learn and book courses with our many wonderful brands. I make sure the website is working well communicate to the IT team any issues. As well as this, I find ways to increase user engagement with the site such as CRM and push notifications. I enjoy working with our educators the most our amazing professional teachers who require Access to work well.
Have not been her for long and am already becoming more confident in Presenting, one of my biggest fears. It is very easy to speak up and contribute at L'Oreal. It has been very good for developing communication skills and organisation as deadlines are involved in my role.
A great extent - it gets busy very quickly but at the same time is very rewarding and makes you learn fast!
We are the first year to be using the training provider University of West London - which is good and manageable to balance with work but we are working on improving it for future apprentices.
Everyone is very responsive to any issue big or small - including managers and Early Careers leads.
This is being ironed out but has definitely improved since we first started thanks to our amazing early careers team taking on our feedback
Assignments are good for understanding corporate language and building confidence in a business environment
There is plenty to choose from!
Yes
The culture is amazing for young people starting work - it is great for bridging the gap between sixth form and higher level full time work. Genuinely have not had a bad experience with anyone that works here. I have met amazing people and the community in your year of apprentices will be great.
Be yourself - L'Oreal loves to see authenticity. You may be chosen to interview for another role you did not apply for based on the qualities you show so you never know.
