    • NVQs are necessary for some underpinning knowledge, lots of heath and safety etc. task reports are a good was of showing work done.

    • Its a brilliant role for people who are hands on and want to progress far up the company later on.

    • Be yourself to the interviewer, show your skills and have something unique about yourself.
