Hands on completing maintenance task through out the day with supervisions and completing L3 NVQ questions and task reports.

NVQs are necessary for some underpinning knowledge, lots of heath and safety etc. task reports are a good was of showing work done.

Its a brilliant role for people who are hands on and want to progress far up the company later on.
Be yourself to the interviewer, show your skills and have something unique about yourself.
