so my role right now is to complete my study days and my training, which is mainly on tui people so i can reach my nvqs at the end of my course. they are also teaching me basic customer service like welcoming our customers into store, advising them and even taking a holiday booking, payments, check in and enquires.
some new skills i have developed is being more confident and bubbly when meeting new people. before i joined this job i was very anxious about meeting new people and was very uncomfortable with it, but now i feel like its enjoyable.
i really enjoy my programme because not only am i learning along the way but im also earning money and developing new skills. i find this benefitial for me because its helped me be more myself and made me more confident. also everyone is very polite in store.
its very organised and structured i believe, everyone is trying to support me and welcome me into this organisation and help me feel comfortable. my training course is very put together with my tutor and she is very organised when she puts more tasks and conference calls.
i recieved alot of support from everybody, my tutor who makes regular calls with me to review my progress and see how far i have come, my manager who is always making sure im alright and if i need help and all my collugues in store on hand to help.
i receive a lot of support, she arranges calls with me all the time to review my progress and what im struggling on and she will give me resources and talk me through any issues im having. shes also putting extra help and revision on my training sources.
it helps me perform better in my role, because it makes me ambitious to complete my course and helps me believe in myself that i can complete this course and get the grades i want.
no they're isn't much out of work activities to do
Yes
i would recommend them to a friend or family because they try to support and help any customer who walks into the shops with their requests to their best ability as its important to us as a company that our customers get the best holiday they've asked for.
definetly apply if you are thinking about it just because you wont regret it. they support and benefit any possible need you may have when first started and support you and believe in you throughout your whole course.
