I am really enjoying my role at TUI, my everyday job is amazing, all of my colleagues support me and I have improved and built on so many skills whilst working here.
Great - I have designated hours each week and I can decide when to complete, there is a set plan of work to complete and I can do this in whichever order suits me, in the style of work I want to. I have regular catch ups with my apprentice coach.
More than enough - everyone supports me to do my best, and help is always provided when needed. They believe in myself in my role and treat me as any other colleague.
I have regular catch ups with my apprentice coach to go through work and next steps, and she always answers any questions I have super quickly!
Doing the qualification alongside my role is great as it helps push me to do things I maybe wouldn't have thought of, such as working on projects, teamwork with others, building confidence to lead meetings, make suggestions to managers, etc.
We often have socials with our teams, such as after work, team lunches, and even mixing with other teams to meet new people.
