I manage and create Power BI reports for internal stakeholders.
I have learnt a vast array of skills ranging from Power BI, Excel and SQL
I do quite enjoy the tasks i have, some can be stressful being new to the role but that's only something that grows over time.
The programme is relatively well organised, it is a fairly new programme to WTW and the training provider but it is good.
I receive a great amount of support from my line manager.
I receive a good amount of support, there can often be delays in hearing back and sometimes a lack of communication but they are still helpful.
I feel it gives me insights into key skills on how to improve within my role which ultimately helps me progress.
There are many networking events going on all the time alongside events thrown within teams such as at Christmas and in summer.
