I am learning new skills that i am able to put into practice with my team and i enjoy the fact i can take time to work on my own development.
The programme is very well organised and currently the modules i have been working on have been beneficial to my role.
Sometimes it's hard to find the 6 hours per week to study but we try and plan this into the rota in order to give me the time i need
I receive support as and when i need it and mt apprenticeship coach is fantastic and she is always on hand when i need her.
