    • I am a CILEX Paralegal in the Court of Protection team, looking after our clients on a full time basis

    • Yes, i have developed many skills in regards to professionalism, communication, teamwork, prioritisation and writing skills.

    • I really enjoyed my programme i found it very helpful and informative.

    • It was well organized

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • I received quite a lot of support throughout this programme, especially when i had to re-sit an exam.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • i had monthly meeting with my tutor, who provided the CILEX training and could get in touch with them whenever i needed to.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • it gave me a flavour of what it is like to work in the legal world which was very useful

    • I get involved with office-wide and team-wide social activities and volunteering in my role.

    • Do your research on the company and people within it as it think this is what makes IM different, we are very diverse and inclusive.
