I am a travel advisor that wants to progress to retail manager. I continue to complete my normal role of Travel Advisor whilst learning and experiencing the role of retail manager.
I have already learnt alot and I am only a few months in. Team performance, developing others, recruitment skills, product life cycles.
I am finding it really interesting and feel that I am actually learning something new everytime I start a new task.
I have nothing negative to say. I am given the foundations to go ahead and complete that activities set and know that my Assessor is on hand if needed.
Alot. I am given time to complete my assignments and have full support from my manager and apprenticeship coach.
The support is there whenever it is needed.
I already feel more confident. It has made me realise how capable I already am.
