I now manage my own caseload so my day to day tasks consist of communicating with clients, drafting documents, making offers, reviewing medical records etc.
My client communication has developed massively alongside other skills such as time management, prioritisation etc.
It was a little bit wobbly at the start but once I got the hang of it was great.
I have attended several business development events which has allowed me to grow my network.

It is a great firm to begin your legal career. The support from line managers and early careers is excellent.
