Junior CAD / Revit technician for Norwich Team, working on Structures Civils and Drainage Projects
I have developed my 2D CAD skills with new software and have gathered a new skill with 3D modelling in Revit
I love working at Mott MacDonald the team has been both welcoming and professional allowing my own knowledge to grow and helping me with any questions for my education and professional growth.
I feel valued by all members of the teams I work for they recognise my accomplishments with college and my work on projects.
My programme has been well organised giving me a support system within the office and at the college - allowing me time for studying and training
My training provider is extremely supportive in both the assignment section of my course, my class learning as well as any questions or struggles I may have in the work position
My team provides a lot of guidance and support for my course
Currently my salary works well at supporting me for all costs however if I were to look at moving into the city centre into my own accommodation (currently living at home) this could become slightly more problematic and impact upon my daily and travel costs.
In the city surrounding the office there are many opportunities for social events and sports events, the office also plans these events as well to promote team bonding - however there are a lack of educational classes available after working hours
Yes
Motts is a friendly, professional company that allows and encourages self growth - through education and professional development.
