Mt role involves serving customers and building holidays that fit their needs, alongside studying for my apprenticeship
I have developed good time management skills, as well as learning how to handle irate customers
I enjoy my programme as it is giving me an opportunity to get a qualification which i otherwise before starting at tui i wouldnt have gotten a chance to get
In my opinion i feel my programme could be better structured, i feel if it was in a physical paper formed booklet it would be easier to follow, for me anyway as i am a visual physical learner
I receive little support from my store manager, my deputy manager is more helpful and supportive, my store manager only cares about store numbers
My apprentice coach is absolutely fantastic, she has helped develop a more structured way fro me to get through my work in a more timely manner, i feel i have struck gold with her helping me throughout my apprenticeship
My qualification is very generalised in my role and is by no means mandatory to be able to do my job
there arent many extra caricular, my team has their own group of people they spend time with ( long time serving staff
No
I feel if they wanted to do airline i would absolutely recommend it to them, but if they wanted to work in a retail store i would recommend a different travel agent as they have better incentive and shift patterns
Dont unless its airline, retail is so much work for little pay and rubbish incentive & commission
