Tendering contracts and liaising with sub-contractors regarding works takin place on site and works to be carried out. Completing cost reports and analysing spend to ensure we do not go over budget, advising site team on changes and budgeting those changes
Yes, i have learnt a lot of new skills, I have learnt more about contracts, cash flows and costs flows. My skills on excel have progressed and I have also improved on my every day people management skills and communication skills
A good amount, Everyday i am learning new things and developing my knowledge, the project i am on is a challenge but i enjoy what every day brings
