Very organised and structed there is an in depth understanding on what to expect when starting.

I receive a lot of support from my employer

A lot, there is extra sessions that are available and 1 to 1 s with tutors to enhance my understanding

They are linked and help me understand each other in more detail.

There is a lot of opportunities to meet up with Colleagues after work. Quarterly there would be a social in my wider team.

There is a great opportunity to grow in this business as an apprentice. The environment is very welcoming and the workforce is young so you will be around people who are like you. The company is also diverse so you are represented and can connect with like minded people or people who are different.
