The day to day is very good. I have a great work life balance and I am always developing new skills to either stay at the job or transfer into different departments. The job is very autonomous and I enjoy it very much. I do networking solutions for customers and provide plans for them
Learning CCNA means mastering networking basics, while Excel automation involves automating tasks in Excel for efficiency. You likely learned about them through online courses, self-study, or on-the-job training. Both skills are valuable in IT, enhancing job prospects and productivity. I also have learned about newer software developing skills for automations
Yes
