My role was to be a Sales Assistant Level 2 Apprenticeship. It's role on a day to day basis is many tasks around the store that you learn with your colleagues. The Apprenticeship is great for confidence building and working in a team.
It helped me develop from being really anxious to having much more confidence. It helped great with my understanding in tasks with great online training and physical training. This apprenticeship really helped to build my confidence and has helped me plenty after completing the apprenticeship.
Really good. I enjoyed all training. I really liked the monthly reviews I had with my assessor as it really helped me work on my weaknesses.
It is very organised with the vault training modules and the logs we fill out to keep up together with the training. Very helpful with reviewing with my assessor too.
Lots of support was given from everyone. I am very happy with the support I got. It really helped me build my confidence as I have such a supportive team and assessor.
I was supported exceptionally well by my training provider. My assessor really helped me get the best grade that I could. It really helped my prepare for my end point assessment.
It has made me really prepared when doing tasks. It even helps me train others on how to do may tasks in store. It makes me stress free as I was trained well on how to do each task.
We have 'Team Times' often where the whole group of staff meet and talk about ways we can improve and how great we have been working.
Yes
It has really helped me find an alternative to university. I really feel that it is a great option to do if not sure what to do with education.
Do the apprenticeship if you feel like you want a great experience in training and learning. It is a great confidence boost for those who have anxiety. It really helped me.
