I completed the level 2 and 3 retail apprenticeships with Superdrug, I have to say it has been the most rewarding and positive experience that I have had in a working environment… everything from monthly catchup sessions with my mentor Mel / helping me get out of my comfort zone. It has really helped me grow as a person professionally and personally… Thankyou Superdrug!
I have gained massive skills in problem solving, customer service, communication skills and it has formed me into becoming an amazing manager.
100% I have enjoyed the whole experience
Very organised, I am one for liking things organised and planned and this apprenticeship (both levels) gave me amazing structure and appropriate time based task objectives. It really helped me understand how to adhere to behind time sensitive and organised.
I have recieved a tremendous amount of support from my manager, mentor and everyone around me
Same as questions before, I have recieved more than enough support from my provider but at the same time they make you actively think for yourself to grow your confidence in your own knowledge and help you become a better problem solver.
I am now the assistant manager of Superdrug Bridport store and I wouldn’t of gotten this position without support from my training provider and mentor
Through my lv3 apprenticeship I was involved with weekly conferences with the area around me and got to learn from other managers and how they all do things differently. My level 3 definitely exposed me to all walks of life and it has helped me become a better, more well rounded manager.
Yes
As stated above it has been an amazing company to be a part of and it feels like you are involved in making the company a better place.
Be proactive, be positive, be you!
