I am a Team Leader who over sees a team of 38 staff and 2 Supervisors. My daily role is to support my team in their primary functions. This consists of completing reports and also supporting new and existing staff in their development. I also support projects where required.
Since starting this course, it has helped me a lot to adopt new process to support in my role.
I very much enjoy the programme. I like that I am being challenged whilst learning new skills.

Smart are excellent and always on hand to offer support where required.
As mentioned, it has given me new tools and skills which support me in my role and further development.
I would say that I am networking and also working to support a new service provider who will be working with us.
