Managing the inbound of materials and kits to ensure continuity of supply and ability to meet customer demand. Managing suppliers and mitigating supply risks. Seeking opportunities to digitalize or improve supply chain processes to create efficiencies. Performing reverse logistics tasks for non conforming materials.
Yes, the company has provided me with the opportunity to develop myself skill set on a wide spread of topic. I have learnt about relevant supply chain/ inventory management systems. I have also improved on my personal skill such as presenting and project management. they have also encouraged me to learn digitalisation skills that are not directly linked to my role but can be used to improve processes.
I have greatly enjoyed my programme so far and do not feel there was a better option for me to continue my education through.
My employers are fully supportive, and I trust would provide me with any support which I deemed needed to complete my program.
I feel that the support rom Leeds Trinity could have been higher towards the start of the program, whereas this has improve recently.
The wide range of topics covered helps me interact with cross functional teams, as I have a higher understanding of what it is that they do/ need from myself
Yes, we have a program called MyLife which provides social activities or a range of activities/ trips. Our team also hold many smaller social activities. There are also often events that are great for networking

The people at the company are amazing, and it is a lovely place to get to work. The work the company also do is great, and very interesting.
