Management of Construction Sites, ensuring that logistics and operations are carried out to the highest safety and quality standards.
Many new skills have been learnt, as well as developing my existing skills.

I feel that much of the qualification is not relevant to the role of a Construction Manager.
Yes there is. Events for special occasions (pancake day / International Women's Day). Sports teams for some sites such as football tournaments.

A good place to learn, develop skills, expand your understanding, and make new connections.
Be open-minded and present yourself as who you really are. Don't put on a face for your interviews, just make sure the interviewer understands truly who you are, and what you are like.
