  • I have learnt a huge amount of new skills in the past 12-16 months and am continuing to learn each day.

  • The apprenticeship has been great however there are too many elements which are not relevant to my work.

  • My employer gives me time to complete my studies and supports me fantastically.

  • My skills coach focusses too much on things which help her tick a box, but not focused enough on helping me with what I need to do. I don't find out meetings useful.

  • The benefit to me and my role has been huge. I am confident to problem solve and automate processes and controls.
