I really enjoy the degree apprenticeship and working for schneider else as well. Great international sustainable company. Lots of opportunities in all departments. Lots of support of colleagues who go out their way to teach and inspire you to become talented in your role. I have the opportunity to shadow one engineer, meaning I learn faster as its only me being coached.

We very been given the necessary equipment to carry out daily work activities. However, when applying some information like length of apprenticeship was not included and role description was not accurate.
