my role is a social care worker and i am there to ensure that the customer that i support have all there needs met, this mean cooking, personal care and getting them out into the community so they can live a normal life.
i have extended my knowledge on safeguarding, mental compacity, person centred care, health and safety, infection control and planning reviews.
im enjoying it very much, my trainer is very helpful and pushes me to do my best, she's also very kind and compassionate.
very good, all the assessment are at my past and nothing feels overloaded.
i get plenty of support from my employer if i am stuggling then i can go to them and they help and simplafiy it so i can understand it.
i get plenty of support from my trainer, if i have any questions about the assessments they answer and give me usefull tips
i feel more confident in what i do and say.
