I have definitely learnt new skills such as using Active Directory and learning how IT works within a school. I have also developed my skills with computer hardware.
I really enjoy the programme as I’m working in area that I have a high passion for and I really enjoy developing my skills and knowledge within IT.
It’s very clear when I’m meant to be doing my on the job and off the job training. My programme is very structured and mapped out, which helps a lot. Any questions I have get answered straight away which puts my mind at ease.
I receive a lot of support from my employer. Any questions are answered quick and efficiently and I never have to worry about what’s going on during my programme. My line manger has been extremely helpful.
Again, I received a lot of support when working towards my qualifications. Everything is clear on what I need to be doing.
My qualification really helps me perform better in my job role. My qualification has helped me improve existing skills and even helped me gain new skills that I can use in my workplace.
In my workplace there are loads extra-curricular activities. One that I enjoy doing is playing football with some of the staff.
