Maintaining the mainframe and systems
Everything, I had no real IT background when I started and I didn’t know what a mainframe was to know beginning to have good knowledge
I really enjoy my work, university can be strange sometimes but I still enjoy it
Work is very well organised and I like having university on a consistent day
A lot of support so far
I would say that I do receive some report, but being one of 200 people. I would say that maybe there isn’t a lot of individualism and a lot of generalisation
At the minute nothing has been relevant to my role
I like to attend networking events a work. Mainly the early careers network

It’s been a great place to work so far and I’ve really enjoyed it. I think I e been placed in a great department which challenges my thinking and can give me great opportunities for the future
