I design, test and build programs to be used by the bank. Review feedback given and help colleagues where i can.
I have learned new programming languages and further developed languages I have already used, my knowledge of basic office skills have also developed.
I have been enjoying my work and the team I have been assigned to is a joy to be with.
I have no issues with the structure of the programme and I feel it leaves enough room for my learning, work and personal life.
I receive as much knowledge and help as needed or asked for.
I have had a lot of help and I have never felt like I am struggling or need additional help.
