I have developed my communication and leadership skills significantly, as well as my time management and organisational skills I have taken on more responsibilities than when I first joined.
I really enjoy working at my company and I have a great balance in being able to complete apprenticeship work when I need to and completing day-to-day tasks that I have been assigned.
My programme was clearly laid out in the beginning, however towards the end of the programme the instructions became less clear and I was left confused for periods even after questioning things with the provider.
I am always able to speak to my manager if I am struggling to balance my workload with my apprenticeship work and have never found myself struggling for time to complete any apprenticeship work.
My training provider is usually available to answer any questions I have however I have experienced conflicting answers on some occasions which has left my unsure of what next steps I need to take.
I believe that the research I have needed to carry out when completing essays for my apprenticeship has helped me perform better in my role in some areas but the majority of what I have learned has come from the employer.
I have attended several social events put on by the company, such as an office wide football tournament, as well as attending outings put on by our office's social committee such as pub lunches etc
