Practicing and being assessed on the different rotations of the course such as welding, fluid power, hand fitting, etc, whilst also keeping up with the maths and physics assignments. The maths and physics lessons fall on a Monday while Tuesday to Friday are practical days.
I have learned many new skills such as welding and creating and understanding fluid power basics and have developed my skill to program and code when I was creating programs for PLC.
I highly enjoy the program due to the work required from us, the other apprentices and the friendly tutors.
The program is mostly organised except from a few problems with lack of tutors.
We receive support whenever required or asked for.
We receive a lot of support and they will make sure that our standards are met.
There are not any extra-curricular activities that I know of.
Yes
The programme is enjoyable and also knowledgeable and will allow you to enhance your skills while receiving a qualification while earning a salary.
To show you interest in the course and field and to portray yourself in a professional manner
