ICA is involved in maintaining and repairing all aspects of process automation within water production
yes i have learnt lots about the industry and the skills needed to work on large scale automation and infrastructure including PLC and instramentation
I enjoy learning about automation and how everything works together to get to the end product
it is fairly well structured with day release college at the start then full time at work
i get a good amount of support from my employer but it can be stressful meeting all the criteria for completion
an ok amount of support but there is a lot of learning you have to do yourself
it is needed to do the job role
yes there are some activity's more in individual teams
