my role involves going out on site and marking sure everyone is safe and well, to make do mark ups in the basement to close rooms out that can be completed, I also delivery daily annual briefings and site inductions.
yes every day I am constantly learning new skills as key information for my job role
I really enjoy my job as I feel welcomed and apricated for the work I am doing, everybody keen to help me progress and show me new skills, as I am a visual learner being on site has given me more confidence in what I do in and out of work.
my programme is well structured and I have set goals and plans to complete over the year which is good as it allows for me to have an end of year goal to work for, mace are supportive in this aspect and have helped me develop over the last 7 months at a very fast pase
I receive good support from my employer and am able to ask for help when I need it.
I receive a fair amount of support, if I ever need to ask any questions they will always be there to help me
Personally I feel like I learn more on site but it is good to learn about all of the small details that make up a project, we learn about the legal aspects as well which helps me making decisions on site.
there are always social events going on, mace always encourage us to meet new people and socialise to improve our people skills and look out for each other.
