Creating and Scheduling training courses on our learning management system maintaining training records and updating attendance in LMS accordingly Liaising with internal & external trainers with sessions and supporting when required. Managing and staying on top with HR queries and responding in a timely manner
Administration task: staying on top of Hr queries and responding in a timely manner. Maintaining attendance records and updating into the system. Communication skills: Effectively communicating training schedules, requirements, and updates to employees and trainers. Delivering engaging presentations on training topics, Building relationships with external training providers, industry professionals to enhance learning opportunities for employees.
