Weekly meetings and reviews. Creating trackers/ presentation. Reviewing drawings on digital softwares
I have learnt how to use digital software such as aconex and yellowjacket
I really enjoy it, it has the right level of difficulty
I believe it is structured very well, they strive for the progression of their apprentices which is good as I know I will always be supported
I receive a lot of support and I know who I can go to for different things
I receive good support from my training provider however I feel it could be better
I can definitely see the two merging together to give me a greater understanding of my role
There are social activities that take place annually in my team project and there are always professional networking events going on that I can partake in
Yes
I believe the support system and apprenticeship scheme that they have as a whole is very good.
Just knowing well enough about the company, through research, and seeing where their goals/ values align with the company would be a very good start
