My day to day varies from Admin work given to me by a SPM, to attending a site to complete some health and safety/SHE audits
I have learnt how to come out of my shell and throw myself into situations I would usually find uncomfortable, I have also learnt a lot about the water industry
I really enjoy the programme as I am given the freedom to be independent as well as always having help when needed
Very well structured
A good amount, have regular catch-ups
They are helpful when I ask for help, the degree is harder than I expected and sometimes would like more clarification and better delivery.
It gives me a better understanding of project management as a whole
There are networks weighing Thames that are available to join I.e women’s network
Yes
It has many opportunities and is a good place to work
To come in with an open mind ready to learn
