  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • As a Learning and Development (L&D) Manager, there are several aspects of the role that I find fulfilling and rewarding. One of the biggest aspects I love is the ability to facilitate growth and contribute to the professional and personal growth of individuals within the organisation. Designing and implementing training programs that enhance colleagues' skills and knowledge not only benefits them but also strengthens the overall capabilities of the team. I also really enjoy working with the People Team and collaborating with various departments and individuals across the organisation to understand the unique needs of different teams and tailoring training solutions to these.
